Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Certain categories such as personal care items, innerwear, customized products, or perishable goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to us.
- Returned products are inspected upon receipt. After quality verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit upon confirmation.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is available, we will ship it once the returned product passes inspection. If not, a full refund will be initiated. Replacements are subject to stock availability and delivery timelines.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, but you may still request a return after receiving the product.
Exceptions
Happikart reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the returned item:
- Is not in its original condition.
- Shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Is returned beyond the allowable time frame.
